You can book online with our online order form. We'll send you confirmation and let you know if there's any additional info we need. If you prefer to call, text, email, or DM us, feel free to do that as well!

Please reach out! If there's a specific day and time you need please reach out to Caspar directly and he will help support you with getting scheduled.

Your Appointment Confirmation email includes a "Reschedule your appointment online" link where you can pick out the new date/time for the appointment. Feel free to reach out to Caspar directly to help as well!

No - we are happy to turn on lights, open blinds, and put down toilet lids to get the house prepped for photos. And we'll also make sure to put everything back where it was, close up blinds, turn off lights, and lock up securely when we're done. If you can provide a contractor lockbox with a code, or a door code/garage code/hidden key, any of those options works great. Homeowners/sellers also do not need to present, and in fact the shoot will generally be more efficient & go more smoothly without people or pets there. :) That said, if you or the sellers prefer to be there, that totally works for us too. And if you plan to be in your video, then of course we'll need ya there for that!!

We have next day turnaround for photos and 3D tours, and 48 hour turnaround for video. Floor plans and virtual staging are usually completed next day as well.

You'll get a link to the media download page in your delivery email. Payment is due before downloading. If you don't see the delivery email by 11am the next day, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
